Oil on canvas attributed to George Hendrik Breitner. The dimensions of the painting including the frame is 20.5" by 16". The painting has been shown to Bonhams in LA and pictures sent to RKD in the Netherlands. It is original art, oil on canvas, it does not appear to have been painted by Breitner but created in his style. The N before the signature refers to near, meaning painted near his style. The label on back refers to where it was last sold in 2017. It is possible that the signature on the back of frame may have been the artist.
