I do not see a signature anywhere on the painting and the artwork is housed in an antique tiered gold tone frame protected behind glass. The dimensions are: 12.75 inches wide, 10.75 inches tall and 1.5 inches deep. Image. 9.5 inches wide, 7.5 inches tall.
