Antique Cowboy Western Mountain Scene Original Oil On Canvas Board Painting

I do not find a signature on this original oil on canvas board painting. This antique item was most likely in another frame as there seems to be a varnish that is yellowed on the surface. Around the edges you can see where the varnish was applied, see photosthe frame measures 11” x 12 3/4”. The visible part of the painting miniatures 8 1/2” x 10 1/2”. Good condition, see photos.
