Antique Bubble Glass Picture Frame Reverse Foil Painting US Capitol Bldg. 1916

Up for your consideration is a very nice US Capitol building in Washington DC copyrighted by the Chicago portrait company in 1916. It is a gold guilt frame, foil back picture. As you can see there are three flaws in the foil that are bubbling back. They are noticeable but overall do not distract or detract from the picture.
