ANNE WATERS Original Signed Painting In Watercolor Sail Boat Ocean Sea Bay Rare

Anne Waters is a well known painter who sells her works for $500++. Some paintings sell for thousands. This painting must be an older work, I can't find other examples in watercolor from her. This is a very beautiful painting and very rare style. I'd like to know when it was painted but not sure of the age of the work. It comes in a nice frame with a clear sheet of plexiglass on the front so the painting is well protected.
