American Florida Seascape Waves Ocean Nautical Beach Decor Oil Painting Signed

This is a nice, original, artist-signed American oil painting, depicting a view from Florida of the Gulf or the ocean seascape with powerful waves and two seagulls in flight. The painting is a hand-painted original painting painted on a Masonite-type wood board panel (see photos). The painting is framed in a painted wooden picture frame. The painting is signed by the artist: it looks to be Colleen Pio or Pia (see photos). There is also writing on the backside of the painting identifying the location as Florida and that the painting was painted in 1974. The painting is vintage. This framed painting measures about 20.5 inches high, and it measures about 26.5 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 17.75 inches high, and it measures about 24 inches wide.
