This is a delightful piece of Mexican folk art imported from Tultepec, Mexico, where it was made by the inimitable late Miguel Hernandez. It’s a colorful ex voto that has been hand-painted on tin as is traditional. It features two women and a levitating table of food! There is an image of the Virgin of Guadalupe above and it asks for her assistance because they are unable to eat with the floating banquet!
