50s Rustic Original Art Birds Flying Pirched Tree Sky Framed Marked Wear Signed

Small including frame it is 9.5" x 11.5". There is a lot wear and marks, some scratches, on the art that may not show up clearly on the photographs. There is no glass, so the art has been exposed and is dirty and marked. The frame is cheap and worn with some marks. The art appears to be a board/cardboard and not paper. The artist wrote her name on the back and that it was painted on August 15, 1956 and a [P.O.] Box 41 Cambria, Virginia. It is unusual the provenance of an artwork should be so clearly marked. This is a heavily worn and marked art and frame, there is no glass, so take a careful look at the photographs for its condition. Thank you.
