1990 Oil Painting On Wood Board Japanese Woman In Garden Of Flowers Signed 9x7”

This beautiful painting is 9” x 7” framed. It has several markings on the back which I’m not sure what they all say or mean.. Beymer 7171 Zagon and maybe Mildred Johnson? It’s numbered 571.
