This is an incredibly detailed and original watercolor on silk painting by well-known nautical painter T Hagiwara. His pieces are very well known for being hyper realistic and almost looking like photographs. It is quite nicely preserved. Has some light stains along the skyline. The frame has a UV protect protective film built into it so it will help protect those colors on it. Came from a private collection that had about 10 of these paintings by him. Take a look at all the photos to see general condition. The frame itself is 17 inches tall by 21 inches wide and the painting display window is 11 1/2 inches tall by 15 1/2 inches wide.
