17th C portrait of a gentleman in period clothing painted on what I assume is vellum with his name at the bottom of the painting Sir David Wetzel junior 1642. Measuring approx 7”1/2 x 5”3/4 . The painting overall shows age with tearing around where it mounts to the wood frame , restoration to a hole above the name . The frame I believe is not original but came with the painting . Please see pics for condition consideration. Any questions please ask before bidding. Thks
