The artwork is a 16 by 16 inch painting on canvas depicting a horse in a pasture. It is framed in a black frame with gold accents. The painting is done using acrylic or oil painting technique. Very Ralph Lauren looking Equestrian portrait. Looks like oil painting / could be acrylic but it has a rich textured look. I purchased two to hang in a RL inspired library but only used one.
