This is a rare early American landscape painting with figures. Sight: 13'' x 17.5'' Framed: 20.5'' x 24''. The piece has been professionally framed with a double mat, and backed by acid free board. There are some condition issues of which to note. There is a crease down the middle, side creases near the outside lower left and upper right. There are some other minor small imperfections as well that commensurate with the age. The antique gold Victorian frame has minor imperfections that are also commensurate with the age.
