This is a watercolor painting of "A Boatyard Scene". This painting is not signed but it is by the artist E.J Saylor and I am unsure if this is the listed artist Eva Josephine Saylor (b 1903, Colorado artist). The watercolor is matted and is housed in a tiered wood frame protected behind glass.The dimensions are: Frame. 14.0 inches wide, 18.0 inches tall and 1.24 inches deep.
