This framed, limited edition 24/390 comes from a New Mexico Estate Sale. The frame is about 23.75" X 32.75" while the image is about 17.75" X 26.75" And it comes with original ownership papers!!! Note in the photos that the warranty card is blank. Which of the many Kinkade's offered for bid or sale on eBay can say that !!! Photos show reflections = sorry about that. but they should say everything else except thanks and I'll do that by covering the shipping and insurance for the top bidder but I only ship/mail within United States.
