Untitled but possibly a town in Florida such as Winter Park (based upon another painting that was noted to be Winter Park). The frame measures 21.5 x 24 inches. The painting extends beyond the matting but the actual image seen is 13 x 16 inches. Under glass. The glass is somewhat loose but secure enough to hang as it is. This painting is very similar in style and subject to the artist Horace Talmage Day.
