This is a nice, vintage, original hand-painted American coastal landscape nautical-themed oil painting of ships at the boat docks in the winter (see photos). The painting is on a canvas-covered artist's board panel. The painting is framed in a painted wooden picture frame with applied shell-shaped decorations in each corner. The painting is painted on canvas. The painting looks to depict a northern American coastal landscape to me, but I do not know the specific city depicted (see photos and determine the location depicted). This framed painting measures in total about 24.5 inches high, and it is about 28.5 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 20 inches high, and it is about 24 inches wide. The painting is vintage. This item is from an estate liquidation.
