Vintage Mid-Century CHUY MORAN Signed Painting on Black Velvet Hand Carved Frame

This is a large (28x40) mid century oil landscape painting. It’s painted on velvet! Style is typical for Mexican folk art of this time. Beautiful landscape of mountains, mill, water and trees. The colors look like Fall. Signed “Moran” and after researching it appears to be painted by Mexican painter Chuy Moran as it matches his signature and style of his other paintings. I’ve looked up this painting and can’t find another one exactly like it. No idea if it’s value, but it’s huge and extremely well made. It’s beautiful!
